Our company works much differently to most estate agents you're likely to come across in and around the Antequera, Estepa and Marchena areas. We own our offices in Antequera and as a result we have very low overheads. We don't employ 'Tour Guides' who drive you around the numerous villages in the area as they add to our costs. We always suggest that before you buy, rent a car and drive yourself around to get a feel for the villages. Get to know the locals and most importantly all at your own pace. Buy the area first and then you’re home!

We don’t pay for your flights or accommodation or ply you with food and drink, we don’t produce high gloss brochures or magazines, and we don’t use silly gimmicks, contests, freebies or anything of that nature because as the saying goes “there’s no such thing as a free lunch”

What we do offer is an honest, straightforward service. We have a reputation for excellent service, integrity, transparency and a very low sales commission. With our low overheads this is achievable.
