Later, he created one of the first eCommerce businesses. In 1995, Jeff joined IBM's Internet Technology Group to work on live content, content management and personalization. At IBM, Jeff created the world's largest corporate directory, 'The Blue Pages', as well as the world's first XML based content management system. In 1999, Jeff left IBM to be the Principal Technologist at Razorfish, a 2000-man dotcom media consulting firm where he developed wireless and web delivery solutions. Jeff later joined PA Consulting Group, one of Europe's most prestigious consulting firms. Jeff's experience and insight play a valuable role at Liquid Designers, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
